Who is this for?
Owners of home service and trade businesses: painting, home improvement, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning and similar. The best fit is an owner doing $500K or more in revenue who wants out of the day-to-day. If you're under that, start with the Blueprint or the software.
Do I need the Blueprint before coaching?
No. It's the recommended first step because the 90-day plan gives coaching something specific to work on. But you can go straight to coaching if you already know where you're headed.
What's the commitment?
The Blueprint is a one-time fee. Coaching has a three-month minimum, then it's month-to-month. Cancel any time after the minimum.
Is this remote?
Yes. Everything runs by video call and shared documents, so location doesn't matter. We work with owners across the US.
Do I have to use your software?
No. We'll recommend tools that fit your business, and sometimes that's what you already have. Topcoat and Quickcoat are there if you paint.
How does the pricing compare?
Priced about 10% below the published rates of the leading trade-business coaching programs. Trade coaching generally runs $500 to $5,000 a month.
