R. J. ENTERPRISES is a Colorado-based company operating at the intersection of general contracting and construction technology. Founded in September 2025, the company is built to operate as both a construction services provider and a software company serving the construction industry.
We run two parallel lines of business that reinforce each other. Our general contracting work keeps us grounded in the real challenges construction companies face every day. Our technology work lets us build solutions to those challenges, first for ourselves, then for the industry. We don't build software from an office. We build tools for problems we deal with on job sites and in project management every single day.

Jon leads the technology and digital product side of the business: strategy, AI and automation tooling, financial management, and operations. He's responsible for application development, marketing, and business development.
Tyler Fuss
Phoenix, AZ · Construction & Operations
Tyler manages field operations, qualified subcontractor relationships, and project execution. He brings deep trade expertise, making sure every project is delivered with quality craftsmanship and professional management.
How we operate
We run a lean, distributed model: Jon in Colorado on the business and technology side, Tyler in Arizona on construction relationships and delivery. That spread is a strength. It keeps us close to two markets and honest about what works in the field.
When we work with you, we treat your project the way we'd want our own home or building handled. We'll tell you straight where we can help, and we'll tell you just as straight when you don't need us. That honesty is the whole point.
